FLESHING THINGS OUT

Among the latest products from Alexander McQueen there are items packaged thus...


So, what are the products in question (or, more to the point, in the boxes) and is that "anatomically detailed packaging" by "fêted fashion photographer, Alasdair McLellan" representative of what is inside (Advertising Standards Authority alert) or merely a 'serving suggestion'?
