    Oh unfair ...it's asking to be used!

    I suppose it's like some gorgeous rice bowls I owned once that were sold as 'ornamental use only' because of the lead content in the glaze..darn it :0(

    Actually, I think it is too exquisite to risk breaking or ruining with tea stains.
