Even the rubbish seems to be more colourful there!
If only it were colourful myth!
But, Brian, imagine how big the pile of rubbish would have been if the notice wasn't there!
Sadly, that sign could be almost anywhere in the world Brian! I have often been tempted to take photos of people smoking just below the no-smoking sign in various places!readoges : applies to people who can read but who choose not to be able to read signs they prefer to ignore!
Well the surroundings ARE clean, its just the rubbish bins that are dirty ! Surely that's the best way !
