Where is my national identity ? I know when St Patrick's Day is and look forward to it but I have no idea when St George's Day is ? Why is this I wonder....perhaps the Irish have better music and more fun and better beer adverts.Yep, that's it. I believe you've convinced me once again Mr Scrooge.Happy St P's to anybody out there who genuinely is Irish !

St George's Day? 23 April which also happens to be Shakespeare's Birthday. Clearly you don't read this blog closely enough or you'd know this fact! You can catch up here!

can't I just wait until the next one ? There's no singing and people getting drunk...surely the main advantage to being Irish
