These pictograms are the creation of Yang Liu a Chinese designer educated, as I understand it, in Germany.
Yang Liu's images depict/define the contrasting attitudes of West and East towards aspects of daily life.
The perceptions of the West/Europe/Germany are coloured BLUE
Those of Asian/Chinese attitudes are in RED

Very interestink (as the man with the German helmet in Rowan and Martin's Laugh In used to say.
Profundity in funny images.
But I'm afraid that spanish character is not here, in the Europe vision.....;)
It is interesting that the person creating the images is 'eastern' by birth but 'western' educated.
I wonder if the images are supposed to be about how westerners are perceived by eastern people to view people from the east or how people from the east are perceived by westerners to view westerners.
Gosh, does that make sense?
