I was reminded of this when I discovered (during our move year) that I own a set of unused vintage (c 1956) 'Walt Disney Nursery Decorations'...
These gummed cut-outs feature scenes from classic Silly Symphonies: Three Little Pigs, The Ugly Duckling and Little Hiawatha...
How lucky to have been a kid with these on your bedroom wall!
But then, lucky for me that these ones survived in tact and un-gummed for over fifty years!

Nice to see someone in the UK remembered "Anthony Wayne". That's practically a blurb in any history book here. There's a school district in my section of the state named after him but the best is the site of the "Battle of Fallen Timbers" that took place south of my town. Sadly part of that land today is a "lifestyle center".

I can't explain why owning things such as this (that I will never actually use) is so important to me. The collecting bug is hard to explain – let along defend!
