my world and welcome to it
I'm so pleased to see you've written about Bradbury on here, especially Golden Apples of the Sun. It amazes me that all reprints of the book (as far as I know) have retained the Mugnaini illustrations. It's hard to think of any of those stories - A Sound of Thunder, The Fruit at the Bottom of the Bowl, The Murderer - WITHOUT Mugnaini's interpretation popping into my head.
Thanks Phi...And anyone interested in further aspects of Ray Bradbury's work - especially as it has been translated to film, television and radio - should visit Phil's site: Bradbury Media
